Our clients’ assets are held with prominent and reputable third-party custodians. Our primary custodian is TD Ameritrade Institutional.

In the majority of engagements, we receive a fee based on assets under management (AUM). Our fees may vary depending on the scope and type of work involved, but all fees are fully disclosed and based on serving our clients’ best interests.

Warburton Capital advisors work through a unique consultative process that usually involves 5-6 meetings over the first 90 days. We’ll then schedule meetings as often as the client prefers, with at least one meeting per year.

The fiduciary relationship carries no penalties for termination, but it’s our goal to establish long-term relationships with our clients. More than 96 percent of Warburton Capital clients choose to maintain their relationships with our advisors to optimize their long-term financial strategies.

Yes, you have 24/7 online access to your portfolio. Our clients appreciate the ability to monitor their accounts, download statements, and synchronize real-time account data with accounting software via our client portal. Additionally, our clients have access to our Phone app, which can be found in the App Store or Play Store. On this app, they can view their accounts, account statements, tax documents, performance information, and financial planning information.
