Thomas K Warburton, Chairman of Warburton Capital Management LLC announced the election of Tim McFerrin of Tulsa as a member of the Board of Directors of Warburton Capital Management and Tim’s acquisition of equity units in Warburton Capital Management.
Mr. McFerrin graduated from the University of Kansas in 1989 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Mr. McFerrin is the majority owner of the Myers-Aubrey Company and serves as Chairman and CEO. Founded in 1929, Myers-Aubrey is headquartered in Tulsa and has locations in Kansas City, St. Louis, Dallas, Des Moines, and Midland/Odessa. They are a Manufacturer’s Representative and Service Corporation supplying the energy industry with engineered equipment and maintenance services.
Mr. McFerrin’s civic involvement includes the Boy Scouts of America – Indian Nations Council Board of Directors and Troop 185 Committee Chairman, Holland Hall Board of Trustees, Kansas University School of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Board, Board Member of Nu Chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity, and numerous Management/Representative Relations Councils for Companies served by Myers-Aubrey. Tim is also a Single Malt Scotch Whisky enthusiast and was the former President of the Dallas Single Malt Society.
Tim and his wife Cynthia have been married for 20 years and are the proud parents of twin twelve year old boys.
