Mark McCullough, BS, MS, JD, AEP®

Mark McCullough holds a Series 65 license and is studying toward his CFP(R). He has served as a Financial Advisor at Warburton for over two years.

Mark brings to the firm a wide variety of education and experience. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master’s of Science in Technology Education from Oklahoma State University. Mark earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa.

Mark is a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, Illinois, and Indiana. He served two years in Africa in the U.S. Peace Corps. Mark has also served in state government as an Assistant Attorney General in Illinois, as a Deputy Prosecutor with the Indianapolis Prosecutor’s office, and as a Legislator for 10 years in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where he served as the Chair of Judiciary Appropriations and Budget. While serving in the Legislature, Mark ran a successful law practice focusing on Estate Planning, including complex and simple estate plans, wills, trusts, and probate.

He is married to his lovely wife of 21 years and they have two teenage boys. Mark is active in his local church and has been a member of the Boards of Tulsa Speech & Hearing and University of Tulsa Law Alumni Board.
