Mr. Frank Billings
Thomas K Warburton, Chairman of Warburton Capital Management LLC announced the election of Frank Billings of Tulsa to the Board of Directors of Warburton Capital Management.
Frank is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategic Development of Williams (NYSE: WMB.) Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Northeastern Gathering and Processing.
He is responsible for enterprise-level strategy, business development and customer relationship management.
Billings is a director on the board of Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ), an industry-leading master limited partnership with operations across the natural gas value chain.
Frank has been actively involved in industry, community and civic organizations, most recently serving on the board for the Natural Gas Supply Association and previously serving on the Executive Board of the Marcellus Shale Coalition. He currently serves on the boards of both The Williams Foundation and the Tulsa Zoo.
Billings received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Tulsa.
Frank and his wife Jennifer have three children; Cole, Taylor, and Kelsey.
